On 9 May 2024, the UAE Embassy in India hosted an interactive session in collaboration with the UICC and the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Kolkata, West Bengal. The event marked the first official visit to West Bengal by H.E. Dr. Abdulnasser Alshaali, the UAE Ambassador to India, and brought together prominent business leaders from the electrical, healthcare, finance, and education sectors. The event also witnessed the signing of an MoU between the UICC and ICC, which will lay the platform for enhanced cooperation between these two organisations in the period to come.
